Originated in 2007 by SAANS Downtown gallery in Salt Lake City, The HOLGA Show is the brainchild of Salt Lake City fine art photographer Shalee Cooper, who served as SAANS' curator for nearly two years.

The event has enjoyed immense and increasing popularity among artists as well as the general public. The HOLGA Show 2010 is curated by Céline Downen. We're very excited about this year's exibit, which will open Friday, June 18, with an opening celebration from 6 - 10 p.m.

An open-entry, juried, brick and mortar based show exhibited at SAANS Downtown gallery in Salt Lake City, Utah, The HOLGA Show attracts entrants from around the world and is hugely popular with the public.

The gallery publishes a limited edition hardcover art book of the entire exhibition. And for the first time, the show also will be featured in a widely promoted online gallery this year. The gallery will be accessible on this site by the end of June.

The 2010 Exhibition will open on June 18. Because of the show’s immense popularity, SAANS will hold the exhibit on display for two months rather than one this year.
